910 South Michigan Avenue was a monumental conversion accomplished through the vision and leadership of VDC's Owner and
Principal, Dr. Vish. This project, representing the largest office to residential conversion in Chicago's history,
involved the complete gut rehabilitation of the entire 600,000 sq. ft. building, which housed the former world headquaters
of Standard Oil. Despite the massive scope of this project, construction was supervised and completed by Vilas' internal
Spectacular lake views coupled with unparallel construction and amenities makes 910 South Michigan home to the finest lakefront
living available in Chicago. This project represents the finest efforts of VDC and it's incredible project teams resulting
in the unprecedented receipt of 10 awards for design and construction and topped by receipt of the prestigious Crystal Key Award.

Raintree Condominiums was undertaken by Vilas Development Corporation in 1992. This mid-rise style community spans 25 acres
housing 18 buildings and 318 units. Picturesque views of the surrounding golf course enhance the retreat like feeling of this
suburban property. Vilas updated the entire property with extensive attention to the community amenities including two
swimming pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse.
Consistent with VDC's mission to deliver true value to consumers this property
was equipped with new kitchen and bathrooms and washers and dryers were added to every unit for convenience and value.
3410 North Lakeshore Drive is located int he beautigul Belmont Harbor area of Chicago. This porject, undertaken in 1995, involved
the renovation and conversion of 220 units from ordinary apartments to luxury condominiums. Boasting of spectacular and unobstructed
views of the lake this property provides it all.
The lake is not all you'll want to keep quiet about at the Townhomes of Whispering Lake. Undertaken in 1995, VDC stepped in to
complete this half-finished condominium complex adding 85 townhomes and 40 condos on this 20 acre parcel.
VDC undertook the conversion of 240 suburban units located in Oswego, Illinois in 2001. The Deer Run Condominiums, located on 22 spacious acres, underwent extensive
exterior and interior renovations at the hands of VDC's in house construction arm. New balconies and concrete patios were added, windows were replaced, new heating systems added and extensive landscaping beautified this community. Buyer's enjoyed
the addition of in-unit washers and dryers, complete kitchen and bath convesion and an upgrade to community amenities including the pool
and state-of-the-art clubhouse.
Park Terrace Condominiums, located in Broadview, Illinois, was revitalized by VDC in 1998. Buyers in this 72
unit community captured a tremendous value in the converted units containing new kitchens and bathrooms, roof and window
replacement, and common areas updates. A three story deck was added and landscape beatification completed the community with
the Vilas seal of quality and value.
VDC's reputation for quality and value preceded the company in its 1988 conversion in Forest Park, Illinois. 123 unit
purchasers at Terrace Condominiums enjoyed "Extreme Home Makeovers". The standards of VDC quality entered the community
through an extensive exterior renovation while the unit interiors were completely renovated from kitchen to bedroom.
While VDC has undertaken the conversion on over 3,000 units this corporation has also extended its value and quality
idealism into new construction erecting, ground up, 150 units in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
